How we handle your email.
Yobui isn't open yet. If you give us your email through the early-access form, here's exactly what happens to it — in plain language.
Who controls the data
Yobui is the data controller. You can reach us at privacy@yobui.com for anything in this notice.
What we collect
Only the email address you submit, and which CTA you submitted it from (so we can tell which part of the page worked). No name, no IP logging beyond what our infrastructure provider keeps for fraud prevention, no tracking pixels, no analytics tied to your email.
Why we collect it
One reason: to email you once, when Yobui is open, so you can be among the first in. That's it. We don't use it for marketing newsletters, we don't profile you, we don't sell it, we don't share it with third-party processors.
How long we keep it
Until launch, plus 90 days after the launch broadcast goes out. After that, the address is deleted from our systems. If you unsubscribe from the launch email when it arrives, we delete your address immediately.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, and to have it deleted at any time. Email privacy@yobui.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. No forms, no friction.
